1. CONSULTATION

Allow me to fully understand your needs and then we can enter into an agency relationship.

2. LIST YOUR PROPERTY AND MARKET IT

I can offer professional advice to help you market your property to its maximum potential and maximize showings.

3. SHOWINGS

I coordinate showings between prospective Realtors(r), and their buyers. If necessary, I will give you detailed feedback and help you to respond.

4. PRESENTATION DES OFFERS

I’ll help you negotiate a deal that’s in your best interests!

5. OFFER ACCEPTED

Acceptance of an offer will likely include Conditions/Subject Clauses. I will work with the Buyer’s Realtor(r), to ensure that these Conditions/Subject Clauses have been met.

6. REMOVE SUBJECTS

Your property has been SOLD! It’s now time to arrange for movers and transfer utilities, insurance, forward mailing, etc.

To sign the closing documents, you will need to visit your Notary or Lawyer.

7. COMPLETION

This is the official date you receive the funds from your home’s sale.

8. POSSESSION

I will give your keys to the Buyer Realtor(r).
